Instructional Design
The best way to get anyone to want to buy into an idea or product is to teach them how to use your tools.
I also specialize in making interactive learning for higher retention. After all most people only retain 60% of what they read. Why not add sound, interaction, and video to help them increase their effectiveness.
Instructional design isn't just to help the employees be more effective in their jobs, it can be used to tell your clients you are the leader and and expert on the matter.
Not to mention thanks to the internet education has become big business. A company not offering web based learning for their clients should certainly think about investing in instructional design.
