Life on earth exists because of an endless cycle where one element affects another. Feng Shui is the ancient art of placement that helps tap into this natural cycle to bring about good and harmonious
energies called chi.
Good chi enhances one's ability to go with the flow and it also
helps brings in good fortune in areas such; wealth, recognition,
marriage, children, help from others, status, education, and health.
When we do face challenges in these areas it is because we have
some how disconnected ourselves from this cycle either intentionally
or unintentionally. If you are facing challenges in any of the eight
areas shown above, you might want to test out this theory yourself.
Here's a simple exercise:
- Stand in the center of your bedroom and find the main
door.
- Now use a compass to read what direction the wall of the
main door is facing. *We'll assume it's south for the chart
below.
- Then draw the layout of your room and superimpose the
following Feng Shui chart on top of it.

Control Bad Luck
Going against the tides isn't always
a bad idea; especially the tides of change are unlucky. As
a rule, controlling and exhausting elements are to be used only under these three circumstances:
- The sector you're staying in is
your unlucky sector.
- If your lucky sector has a toilet
situated in it
- The flying
star Feng Shui formula (an advance study) uncovers another
unlucky sector of the house.
