The Golden Cookie Secret of Feng Shui

I keep hearing how people think Feng Shui is just a trend. That it doesn’t work, etc. Well I’ve been arguing with them since I was 17 and now I’m 30 and I’ve had my business for a few years. Feng Shui is a life long way of living, some of it is mystical like the flying star and kua formula, other parts of it is psychological, but most of it is logical.

What I hope my readers understand is that there are a few ingredients that make it work. Desire is only one of the ingredients. Organizing is another, as well as doing, and finally timing is your pot of gold. If one of these ingredients is missing the results will be less than satisfactory.

It’s kind of like baking a cookie. If you’re given the ingredients but you forget the critical one which is timing and can’t wait for the appropriate time, you can get an undercooked soggy cookie. Or if you get the ingredients together but miss the doing part, which is bake it, you get a pile of gooey dough instead of a cookie!

So do you want money? Then set up your environment with the knowledge of Feng Shui and it will lessen your emotional obstacles. Really, the only thing stopping you is your emotions and energy. I know it’s easy to blame everyone else. And yes, they are half of the cause, the other half is either your perception or your reaction.

Ok, so after you’ve cleared the physical and mental clutter, follow this simple formula for your plan of attack. (I call it my DOAPP plan). It’s easy to remember.

  1. Desire – Nothing can happen unless you know what you really want. Pick something.
  2. Organize – Come up with a map on how to get there. No sense in going into new territory without a map!
  3. Act – He who does nothing, gets nothing, so do something.
  4. Patience – Depending on your plan, the pay off might be immediate or may take a while. All depends on when you start, and how clever you are. By knowing flying star, well, you can cheat a little.
  5. Positivity – This is the frosting on your cookie. Makes the anticipation for the sweet reward all the sweeter. If you’re negative, though, you might miss out on the end result. Don’t allow your negativity to block the possibilities.

So this year my plan was to win as much as possible. I check to see my lucky flying star #6 visited my south door. Since I leave from that door the most, I expect the year to be full of winnings. Well, I checked my investments and saw that my 401k quadrupled. Then I won some money buying scratcher tickets and won at some horse races.

How did I do it? Well because my surrounding is Feng Shui compliant, I’m naturally in tune with my enviroment. All I did was ask the universe to let me know what ticket was calling me. My exact words was “who’s your momma?” :) Then bingo. Try it. We all have that key phrase that makes us laugh and put us back in the flow. Nothing is too silly! BTW, I can’t control the amount. Well, obviously if I put more time at work and business I would be making more. But this is for entertainment to remind myself Feng Shui works, and because I believe in easy money.

One time I won twenty bucks and for the life of me couldn't get rid of it. As soon as I gave a homeless guy the twenty I found another one on the ground!

I understand though life is not always about money. It’s about fun too! Besides, the difference between winners and losers at the table is knowing when to call it a win and collect your winnings.

Life has it’s ebb and flows. Maybe a few of us are on a downward flow. I’d like to remind you to stay positive because maybe you’re cookie hasn't finished baking! However, if you wait too long and it burst or burns, well make another one.

Don’t forget to have fun while doing it, since happiness makes you a natural magnet in attracting people and help from all places.

Do Feng Shui Symbols Really Work?

If you're new to Feng Shui you must be wondering if the use of statue and figurines really work. How can something made of plaster or stone really protect me from harm, bring wealth, happiness etc? Think about it, the reason we choose to put any images and statues in our surroundings is because we relate to what it represents. Your surrounding reveals to us your emotional state. Thus what you feel is what you attract.

The Laughing Buddha for example expresses wealth though his expression of joy and ease. He sits in a relaxed position as if all his wealth came from just being in a happy state. By bringing his statue into your surroundings you too become relax and are reminded to be joyous. It is our moment of happiness that things tend to fall into place.

One day I was feeling a bit sad because I was living off of unemployment. I was pretty much penny pinching and was aware I just had enough to pay rent and barely eat. Then I just said to myself who cares I need to eat something and might as well eat well. So I went to your local Lunardi's grocery store,as I walked in I saw a very peaceful statue of the Laughing Buddha that seemed to be calling me. I was so attracted to it that I had to buy him. Funny thing I wanted the statue so badly that as I stood in line I realize I forgot my groceries! So I got out of line wandered around for a bit, and finally got back in the same line. As they were announcing something on the intercom, another cashier was free so I ditched my line for the shorter one. Next thing you know, the cash register stand I was at was blinking. I was a winner of a weeks worth of groceries! I was so happy I forgot I bought the Laughing Buddha. Once I came to realize what I had done I looked at the statue and said “eh what about my six lotto numbers I've been asking for since I was 17" But as I predicted…no answer…yet. :)

Another friend of mine is very successful with the ladies. Later on I found out that he has a statue of Venus he prizes. That just shows you his emotional state is very loving and seductive. He is quite the irresistible chap.

My point is when you are drawn to a particular symbol what ever symbolic meaning it possesses, is the quality or emotional state you inherit. If you feel skeptical about any symbols don't get it since it just means you don't really understand its symbol. Instead, if you do, you will probably feel annoyed you bought it on the first place. So every time you do look at it, instead of feeling loved and protected you feel the negative state of emotions which is disappointment, lied to thus you get more of that everywhere you go. Same is true depending on who it comes from. If it comes from someone you love, every time you look at it you will feel that person's love. If it's a gift from someone who wants you to love them but you don't feel the same, you instead will feel the burden of having to love them, which will eventually stifle your love life.

Any symbols of distress like vicious animals will also bring distress to your life. For instance, lions, though are powerful may give the individual a fighting and predatorial spirit. If the person himself is untamed, trouble with the law is probable. If the person is in controlled it will remind him to chase after his goals relentlessly. Furthermore, images of nudity and temptation for married people, unfortunately, invites third parties into their lives, so avoid it if you want a monogamous relationship.

So look around. Does your surrounding put you at a sense of ease? Does it feel expansive? Are the emotional symbols positive? If not re-arrange and add beautiful artwork. Let the flow help you grow. The Feng Shui symbols I chose to sell on my website has a great demand by the public. Usually it's because my audience understands what the symbols means through studying Taoist secrets or Feng Shui courses. But again, any symbols you find and have an affinity to will work regardless of what religious and cultural background you have. But remember they have to be positive symbols.
